Mission
The Rock Springs Soccer Association (known as RSSA) promotes and provides educational, recreational, and competitive soccer for all youth; regardless of race, creed, religion, national origin, gender or physical ability.
Vision
To be dedicated to the growth and development of soccer consistent with the policies and procedures of FIFA, USSF, US Youth Soccer, and WYS.
Goals
- Give every player, coach and referee the opportunity to develop their skills to the best of their ability.
- Provide a playing experience equal to each participant's ability, interest and desire.
- Provide a healthy, safe and enjoyable soccer environment for all participants.
- Provide soccer related educational opportunities to all players, coaches, referees and the community at large.
