Early Bird Registration has ended for the Spring 2012 season, however, you may still register via mail in.

  • Print Out Form (2 pages)
  • Fill Out Form (2 pages)
  • Enclose copy of your childs birth certificate (if your child has not previously played RSSA)
  • Mail form with a $45.00 check or money order & birth certificate (if applicable) to:
