Think FUN first and the rest will fall into place all by itself. Sportsmanship counts, it is not about winning or losing. We try to make soccer as positive and enjoyable a learning experience as possible for the kids. This means that our coaches teach sportsmanship and fair play along with the rules of the game, and that improving and giving your best is more important than winning.

For parents and spectators, supporting all of the players on a team should be more important than criticizing a poor player or a poor play. Comments should be positive; not negative. Civil behavior and good sportsmanship is expected of everyone connected with Rock Springs Soccer -- players, coaches, referees, and spectators.
